Rock en Espanol

Rock en Espanol is the latest generation of Spanish rock and roll. Borrowing heavily from European and American rock and roll music, Rock en Espanol has evolved from a cult-like music movement to a more well established music genre. Today, Rock en Espanol includes not only bands from Mexico but from all over Latin America. Groups such as Enanitos Verdes, Mana, Caifanes, Cafe Tacuba, and artists like Shakira, Alejandro Sanz and Carlos Vives continue to make strides in popularizing Rock en Espanol.
