Arcadius (Flavius Arcadius) was Roman Emperor between 395 - 408 AD in the Eastern territories.
He was the elder son of Theodosius I and Flacilla and brother of Honorius, the emperor in the Western territories. Reputed to be weak and unintelligent he was dominated by his Praetorian Prefect.
