Macedoromanian is a language in the eastern group of the Romance languages.

In Macedonia there is a minority that is called Aromanian or Vlah minority It has a language similar to the Romanian language but with some small differences. It is spoken not only in Macedonia, but also in Albania, in Serbia and in Bulgaria and that one in Greece is called Greco aroman language.

What does "Macedoromanian" mean? Is it the name of (all of) the people, their language, or both, or what?
