A multistatic radar system that detects orbital objects passing over America. It is claimed to be able to detect objects as small as 10cm at heights up to 15,000 nm.

It is operated by the US Navy from headquarters at Dahlgren, Virginia. The master transmitter is at Lake Kickapoo in Texas, and there are additional transmitters at Gila River in Arizona, and Jordan lake in Alabama. There are 6 receiving stations: San Diego, California; Elephant Butte, New Mexico; Red River, Arkansas; Silver Lake, Missippi; Hawkinsville, Georgia; and Tattnall, Georgia.
