His one line in "The Muppet Movie", where he played Hollywood producer Lew Lord, IIRC, was "Write up the standard 'rich and famous' contract for Mr. Frog and his friends." Trivial as that is, it seems symbolic of the frustrations Welles must have felt during the latter part of his career. (Not sure what to do with that thought, so I put it here.)
