A British rock and roll band who rose to prominence during the mid 1960's. The original lineup included Mick Jagger (vocals), Brian Jones (guitar), Ian Stewart (piano), Charlie Watts (drums) and Bill Wyman (bass), though by the time of their first album release Ian Stewart was "officially" not part of the band, though he continued to record and perform with them.

They had many hits throughout the rest of the decade, and continued to play and record throughout the 1980's and 1990's.
