The legislative branch of the United States government. The structure and responsibilities of Congress are defined in Article One of the United States Constitution. The United States Congress has two houses: the Senate and the /House of Representatives.

Members of Congress

Each state has two Senators. The number of Representatives is listed after each state.

Non-voting Members

The following territories each have 1 non-voting member of the House of Representatives (and no senators):
